Clarins Daily Energizer Cleansreviewing Gel
I'm pretty committed. I've stuck out many years of school, have been in a long distance relationship with the bf for 3 years now, and have been with the same phone company since I first had a cell phone. BUT I do like to dabble with new things on the sides (except with boys. there's no side dabbling there). So when I realized that I've used Cetaphil for the better part of 4 years, I decided to switch it up and search for a new cleansing gel.
The Clarins Daily Energizer Cleansing Gel ($16 CDN) is advertised as neutralizing the effects of hard water to give a fresh-looking radiant complexion. Saponaria extract cleans impurities and makeup while Moringa seed extract neutralizes the effects of pollution. It's suitable for all skin types and produces a gentle foams when washing.
This feels much like the gel texture of Cetaphil but is slightly thicker and more luxurious in texture. It smoothes on easily, spreads well. It foams up gently and if you like a squeaky clean, you won't get it here. In general the gel is gentle and effective; my skin feels clean and refreshed after. There is a medium-strong but pleasant scent when applied but it doesn't linger. As a cleanser, this does the job! Even though there's only 75ml a little goes a long way and I'm sure I'll have this tube around for a while. A good find from Clarins for sure.
