Exploring DHC

*Press Samples

DHC unexpectedly reached out to me when they saw that the DHC Cleansing Oil was one of my favorite oil cleansers. They told me that you could order DHC off their official Amazon Canadian site. This is great news! T&T seems to only carry their cleansing oil so I took their offer to review a few products and received the follow to play with.

dhc mild soap

DHC Mild Soap($25.95CDN, 90g): This face soap is supposed to richly lather without stripping. It leaves humectants on the skin, conditions the skin while removing dirt and grim and is completely clear of fragrance or colors. Some reviewers say that one bar lasts six months to a year, has helped tone down redness and that it works great even for dry skinned people.

dhc alluring amber be01 eyeshadow palette ex

DHC Eyeshadow Palette EX BE01 Alluring Amber* ($18CDN): This eyeshadow palette doubles as an eye conditioner. The cream base color contains ingredients which protect, hydrate and firm the eye area. The two complementary colors contrast and add definition to the eye. I'm wearing this now and the review will go up soon.

DHC Powder Face Wash* ($11.50 CDN, 50g): The powder face wash reminds me of the Dermalogica Daily Microfolient but, unlike the Microfoliant, this powder immediately dissolves when mixed with water, resulting in a creamy lather. It contains enzymes to help remove dull skin, honey and sodium hyaluronate to moisturize and lavender to soothe.

DHC Velvet Skin Coat* ($29.50CDN, 15g): This smoothing primer dries from gel to powder. Its non-sticky, non-greasy formula is also supposed to help control oil. I believe its one of their best sellers and a lot of reviews seem positive.

I'm quite pleased to be trying more from this brand!

Do you have any favorites from DHC?
